We encourage you to open and inspect your order upon receiving it. If you have concerns, our goal is to quickly evaluate your concerns and work with you to make things right.
To return an item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order number and reason for return. We will issue a Return Authorization number to include with your return and respond with instructions. Please understand that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and that original shipping is non-refundable, unless we have shipped the wrong item.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned unopened and in its original packaging (including shrink and hype sticker) within 30 days of purchase.* Eligible refunds will be issued to the account associated with your original method of payment within 48 hours of receipt of return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on new vinyl records that have been opened but will consider buying them back for fair value. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
*Please note that we may require photos before we can accept returns of damaged or defective merchandise.
Exchanges
As new releases tend to sell out quickly, we suggest that you email us and submit a return request on the item you want to exchange, and place a new order for the replacement item that you want. This is the most effective way to ensure that you receive the item you want before it sells out.
Once your original order has been returned, we will issue a refund for the full amount of your original purchase, less shipping and handling charges.
