Refund policy
Open and inspect your order when it arrives. If something's wrong, contact us and we'll work to make it right.
Damaged Orders
Orders ship from our distribution partner in New York. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage (inner and outer packaging, plus the product). We'll file a claim and work with you on a refund or replacement.
Wrong Item
If you received the wrong item, contact us. Return it sealed and unopened, and we'll make it right.
Pre-Order Cancellations
Need to cancel a pre-order? Contact us before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Voluntary Returns
Changed your mind? Contact us within 30 days of purchase. Item must be unopened and in original packaging. You're responsible for return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Not eligible for returns:
- Sale items
- Pressing or sound quality issues (these are manufacturer defects—contact us and we'll help you reach the label)
- Orders over 30 days old
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, contact us as soon as possible so we can file a claim with the carrier.
Pre-Order Cancellations
