Where do orders ship from?

Orders ship from our fulfillment partner in New York.

When will my order ship?

In-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days.

Pre-orders ship when the release arrives at our fulfillment center. You'll receive an email with tracking when your order ships.

Mixed orders (in-stock + pre-order items) ship together when all items are available. If you need in-stock items right away, place them as a separate order.

How long will delivery take?

USPS Media Mail typically takes 2-8 days depending on your location. Faster shipping options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship within the United States only. If you use a package-forwarding service, our responsibility ends once the package is delivered to the forwarding address. We cannot file claims or offer refunds for issues that occur after that point.
