Please open your order upon receiving it and contact us as soon as possible if your order is defective or damaged, or if you’ve received the wrong item. We will quickly evaluate your concerns and work with you to make it right.
If you wish to return a purchase, please send us an email to contact us and please include your original order number and reason for return. We usually accept returns within 30 days, provided that the item is unopened and in its original packaging.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If there are no issues, your refund will be processed and applied to the account associated with your original method of payment.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on new vinyl records that have been opened but will consider buying them back for fair value. Also, we are unable to offer refunds on gift cards.
Exchanges
As new releases tend to sell out quickly, we suggest that you email us and submit a return request on the item you want to exchange, and place a new order for the replacement item that you want. This is the most effective way to ensure that you receive the item you want before it sells out.
Once your original order has been returned, we will issue a refund for the full amount of your original purchase, less shipping and handling charges.
