Bill Evans Trio - Sunday At The Village Vanguard [Clear Orange LP] (Vinyl)

Bill Evans Trio – Sunday At The Village Vanguard [Clear Orange LP]

Description

June 25, 1961, Village Vanguard: Bill Evans on piano, Scott LaFaro on bass, Paul Motian on drums, three guys talking to each other like nobody's supposed to overhear. Less than two weeks later LaFaro was dead, a car wreck, so this is the last time that trio ever played. Riverside rushed it out within months and put LaFaro's name right on the cover. Every edition of the Penguin Guide to Jazz has handed it a crown since 1992.

Experience the timeless sounds of the Bill Evans Trio with 'Sunday At The Village Vanguard' on clear orange vinyl. This classic jazz album captures the essence of a legendary performance, showcasing Evans' innovative piano work and the trio's remarkable synergy.
