Jack Mcduff – Sophisticated Funk (Indie Exclusive) (180G) [Brown Vinyl]

Description

Recorded at Platinum Studios in New Jersey 1976, this lost electric groover of killer fusion and boogie funk is another monumental feather in the cap of American jazz organist and band leader Jack McDuff. Dropping his usual Hammond organ for a slinky sweet keyboard sound this album features full arrangements and guitar accompaniments from Billy Jones (Brother to Brother) alongside the sax and flute of Joe Farrell.

Experience the smooth grooves of Jack Mcduff's 'Sophisticated Funk' on this exclusive brown vinyl edition. This 180g release showcases Mcduff's mastery in jazz, blending sophisticated rhythms with funky undertones.
